Small-Scale Food Factory Plan

Modular Food Production for Specialty and Value-Added Products

Concept Overview

This system looks over how to make food, such as peanut butter cups, candied nuts, or corn chips, and producing it in a controlled, and consistent manner. It involves preparing ingredients, applying heat, portioning, and packaging.

It is designed to be modular and have interchangable parts to manufacture different food products with minimal adjustments. Target demographics include industrial units or commercial kitchens ran by small teams.

Like the other projects, this is not a finished industrial design. It is an attempt to map what a realistic small production environment looks like.
