Liquid Formulation System
Small-Scale Processing for Beverages, Syrups, and Botanical Products
System Overview
The system being explored is a small setup for mixing, heating, and filling liquid products. A tank to combine ingredients, a way to apply heat when needed, and a simple method to transfer and bottle the result.

Once you have a liquid ingredient, the next step is turning it into a product such as lavender soda, a mint syrup, or a simple spray made from hydrosol.

The system is intentionally flexible. The same setup should be able to produce different products with minimal changes. One day a syrup, another day a beverage, another day a spray. This is important for small operations that cannot dedicate equipment to a single product.
It also pairs naturally with the hydrosol system. Instead of selling hydrosol as a raw output, it can become an ingredient in finished products.

This project is still at the conceptual and experimental stage. The focus is not on automation or high output, but on understanding what is actually needed to go from an idea to a bottled product in a small, controlled environment.
