DISHONORABLE GENTLEMEN BE HITHER AND THITHER ACT 1 PEASANT 1: PART 1

It's the year 1026 A.D, in a village near Bristol, England, a chicken farming family welcomes a baby boy named Jeffery. Growing up as a farmer made Jeffery tough as nails, which surprised his fellow villagers because his nail-like skinniness and height concealing his strength. There was barely time to lie down or sit down with every days toil, but the annual family gatherings made the effort worth it.

At the old age of nine, Jeffery met Ella. She came from a smithing family, living just one village over. When they saw each other that first time, it made each gathering feel like it took over a millenia to come back.

One gathering later, Ella gave Jeffery a brass ring that he kept as a token of her love. When the next gathering came, he couldn't find Ella. He searched everywhere and everythere, and she was not here nor there. He asked everyone he could find and could find no peace of mind. He wanted to give her a rose that day, and wanted to vow to wear his own rose until the day he took his last breath. Days, weeks, and months passed by. Other girls would want Jeffery, but his heart still felt hollow as he searched for her.
